Implementation services
Our implementation approach is tailored to your specific situation and the needs of your Blister Center. Our project manager is the central coordinator responsible for the complete implementation and works with a team of dedicated functional and technical specialists to ensure a successful implementation of the DDI One System at your location. Activities vary from functional/technical intake and implementation to training and aftercare. During project implementation, our team will advise you on how to get the most out of the DDI One System.
Training
Our DDI One is designed to make your operator’s life as easy as possible. Before the DDI One starts running production full speed ahead, your operators need to be comfortable with the technology and system they are about to operate.
We train and certify operators directly or via a train-the-trainer concept to ensure that they can handle the DDI One and related products and applications. Maintenance and cleaning are part of the training. Each of your operators must complete the training to get certified.
Next to operator training, we also provide technical training to dedicated personnel.
