About me Dennis Bijlsma

Development and innovation is what I stand for!

Always looking for new ways to improve and accelerate. After 20 years of working experience in the dose dispensing market, I got a very clear idea of how to take this market to a next level. Enabling access for everyone to personalized medication and optimization with the prospect of a longer and healthier life. Together with a very driven team of innovators, we decided to chase our ambitions and founded DDI.

I find my relaxation at home with my family and friends and I like to get on my motorcycle and driving across Europe.

About me Ruud Beuman

I really believe that I’m personally ‘Driven by Healthy Passion’ to change the global Dose-Dispensing market.

I have 20+ years of working experience in the IT market, of which more than ten years in the international healthcare market.

I am one of the people who stood at the foundation of DDInnovations. I wanted something for myself, I wanted to do it differently. The global dose dispensing market was yearning for innovation. Customers also really wanted to do things differently. I find it extremely valuable to participate in this process and contribute to future goals with our unique solutions.

About me Eric de Wilde

Bringing true innovation and improvements to healthcare and patients is the most rewarding result

I have 20+ years of working experience as (senior-) manager in the international technological industry. Started as engineer in space technology, moving towards product management & business development in ICT, and found my final destination as international BU manager and VP with various healthcare- and medical device OEM’s.

After many years in the international industry, I experienced the struggle of many organizations with Innovation. They saw the importance, and included it in their strategies but failed in delivery. Many times resulting in dissatisfied customers.
Starting DDI is my answer to this experience.
Bringing true innovation and improvements to healthcare and patients is the most rewarding result and DDI is the way to prove that we can.

Being curious about the world around us as a child and trying to understand its nature, I decided to study Physics and Electrical Engineering.
Over the years of developing a passion for music and sports, I was lucky to expand my curiosity and start a working career that brought me all over the world, meeting many wonderful people and bringing new challenges.

Together with my family, I live close to the center of the Netherlands.

Experienced C-level Business-IT professional with a demonstrated history of working in the Financial, Telecom, and Health Care industry. Skilled in Digital Transformation, Cultural Transformation, Business Strategies, flourishing Startups, and Artificial Intelligence. Strong focus on Customer Centricity. Graduated from the Delft University of Technology.

As a natural innovator, the position of CIO is a perfect fit for me.

Crazy about football and adventure holidays with my kids. Growing the hottest possible peppers in my spare time is super fun.

About me Tanja van Tuijn

Working closely with colleagues that are driven by the same healthy passion to establish a new player in the market, is a big plus for me.

I have extensive experience in complex organisations on the cutting edge of business and IT. I’ve overseen many projects for customers, who looked to implement innovative products and services within their organisations. Therefore, I have a deep understanding of all aspects involved with the introduction of new business processes and maintaining the implemented solutions at an optimum level.

After having worked in large corporate organisations for more than 30 years, I wanted to find a more vibrant working environment, where I can put all my knowledge and experience to their full potential. Being involved from the start in building an internationally oriented company is a great challenge. DDI’s ambition to bring innovations to the pharmacy market resonates with my ambition to contribute to a better and healthier world for all of us.
And doing so by working closely with colleagues that are driven by the same healthy passion to establish a new player in the market, is a big plus for me.

Growing up I visited the pharmacies of my father on a regular basis. I would be in the back, making (dummy) tablets and capsules and filling tubes with (dummy) cream and ointment. Many years later, obviously, a lot has changed, but working with our blister centers still brings back fond memories of the pharmacy field.

About me Manon Kleijwegt

The key words ambition – faith – together and focus, with a healthy portion of respect and laughter, make it fun to be part of this team.

As a team player, I am a driven professional who puts products, solutions, and concepts on the market. I have been able to build my work experience in organizations that are strong in the combination of hardware, software, and services.

After 30 years of working experience in the copy and print business, I started working for DDInnovations on the 1st of March 2022. I made this big step because of the challenge to be part of a growing company and team. A team of professionals who have worked hard the last couple of years to develop innovation in the dose dispensing market, is ready to go to market now.

I was born and raised in Rotterdam. As befits a real Rotterdammer, I am honest, faithful, and hardworking. I want to get things done.
Besides my love for work, I adore my family, relatives, and close friends. I do sports a few times a week to keep my head and body fit.

About me Cora Maurice

My motto: good cooperation leads to more fun and better results.

Due to my experience in various organizations and good communication skills, I am able to understand what is needed for the various stakeholders in projects. I am a cheerful optimist, and with my enthusiasm, I know how to get people on board quickly and achieve good results. My approach to business can best be described as practical and realistic.

One of the important elements for me in my work is to contribute to a product or a service that matters. Looking at aging and staff reductions it is very important to optimize the distribution of medicines. I believe that our product can make a difference and I trust we have the winning team.

My family is number one. Next to that, I love to play tennis and I like to run. With my friends, I like to spend time walking in the beautiful surroundings of the small town near Utrecht in which I live and go to a museum or a theater. And at home, I like reading a good book and working in my garden.

About me Herbert Hellewegen

I love to work with this new and innovative machine.

I have been working for over 16 years in the market of dose dispensing as a technical consultant specialised in vision systems and winding machines. In the last 4 years, I worked in different industries as a process engineer at a company for intra-oculair lenses and as a system engineer for ice systems on windmills. I am very happy to return to this market.

I started working for DDInnovations on the 1st of August 2022. I made this step especially because I have a lot of faith in this team and growing company and love to work with this new and innovative machine.

I was born and raised in Deventer and live close to Deventer with my wife. My biggest hobbies are running and driving my motorcycle. I should have more time to do so!

With 10+ years of IT & Security experience, I left my job as a cyber security specialist to start a new position at DDInnovations to enter the exciting and interesting Dose-Dispensing market.

For example, the DDI One has not only incredible speed but also very innovative features that match my work experience and definitively have my interest.

I have gained a lot of experience in the area of processes and service management. I have been able to gain knowledge in the B2C market and the last 7+ years in IT.

I am now able to use my extensive knowledge of processes, customer interaction, and IT-service management in a new market for me, dose dispensing. I am convinced that I can make a difference and ensure that the customers of DDInnovations receive the best service possible.

About me Marino van de Kemp

With my expertise in sales and supplies, I focus on making DDI supplies successful

I am highly experienced in the field of sales, focussed on packaging (film-)solutions, labelling, coding, and laser systems. My expertise is exploring new markets, specifying and selecting suppliers for our supplies, selecting quotations, and (re)negotiating contract terms plus licenses.

With my experience in sales, setting up the worldwide DDI supplies portfolio and sales (foil, ribbon, dots, and canisters) will be an important part of my job. Don’t hesitate if you have any questions about our supplies.
